The inner layer of the HF Food Grade Rubber Joint is made of smooth white food-grade EPDM rubber, which complies with FDA requirements and GB standards for plasticizer-free materials, making it difficult for bacteria to adhere and proliferate. It is flexible and easy to handle, and can withstand routine Clean-In-Place (CIP) cleaning or steam cleaning at temperatures up to 130℃ for 30 minutes. The outer rubber layer is resistant to aging and abrasion.

2.After installation, the Food Grade Rubber Expansion Joint can reduce noise generated by vibrations from pipeline pumps and other equipment, demonstrating strong vibration absorption capabilities.
3.The seamless high-pressure Rubber Joint inside the food-grade rubber joint more effectively prevents corrosion of the inner wall by corrosive media in pipelines that are resistant to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, and oils, thereby extending its service life.
4.After installation, the Sanitary Rubber Expansion Joint can absorb lateral, axial, and angular displacements caused by pipeline vibrations and is not restricted by misaligned pipelines or uneven flanges.
It is used for suction and discharge of liquid food products such as milk, wine, beer, fruit wine, fruit juice, soda water, vinegar, and alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content not exceeding 96%. It is suitable for use in food liquid tankers, unloading bays, processing and filling workshops, but not for air compressor pipelines. It is also suitable for mechanical equipment and material conveyance in the food and cosmetics industries. However, it is not recommended for conveying fluids containing animal or vegetable fats.
