ANSI Flange

Its structure features a circular plate with evenly spaced bolt holes around the perimeter, paired with a gasket between mating flanges to create a seal when tightened with bolts. Materials vary based on operational demands: carbon steel flanges handle general industrial fluids like oils and gases, while stainless steel (304 or 316) variants provide corrosion resistance in chemical processing, food production, or marine environments. Alloy steel flanges withstand extreme temperatures in power plants, and PVC flanges serve low-pressure water or drainage systems.
