‌PTFE lined rubber expansion joint‌, also known as PTFE rubber joint or PTFE lined soft joint, is a pipe connection element with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material lined inside the rubber joint. This design combines the advantages of PTFE and rubber, improving the durability and application range of the product. PTFE lined rubber expansion joint is based on ordinary rubber joints, with an additional layer of PTFE coating inside. This coating is mainly white and can effectively protect the rubber joint from being corroded by corrosive media. The joint is composed of inner and outer layers of rubber, cord layers and wire rings to form a tubular rubber part, which is combined with a metal flange or parallel joint loose sleeve after vulcanization molding.
