Thread Union Rubber Expansion Joint
Threaded union rubber expansion joint, also known as threaded rubber joint, threaded flexible rubber joint or rubber soft joint, is a rubber joint that connects pipes through threaded connection. Threaded rubber expansion joint is a tubular rubber part composed of inner and outer rubber layers, cord layers and wire rings, which is combined with metal flanges or parallel joints after vulcanization. It usually consists of a rubber ball and two metal parallel unions, and is mainly used for the connection of steel pipes, copper pipes and high-pressure pipes. The main materials of threaded rubber joints include chloroprene rubber, natural rubber and EPDM rubber. Its structure consists of a rubber double ball and a metal flat joint formed by vulcanization of the composite model of the inner layer, reinforcement layer and outer rubber layer. The middle double ball part can be added with a steel ring according to user needs, which has the advantages of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement deformation, good vibration and noise reduction effect, flexible installation and long service life.

The inner rubber layer is in direct contact with the medium, and the appropriate rubber material needs to be selected according to the properties of the medium.
