Structural design of the clamp type duckbill valve

1.The Valve can employ materials such as neoprene, Hypalon, nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM), fluororubber, and natural rubber.

The Xinhua Feng Pipeline Equipment RH41-F series can easily handle corrosive and viscous media, such as sewage, sludge, and slurry. Even solid media can pass through without obstruction. When the valve closes, the flexible nozzle tightly wraps around any trapped solid impurities, achieving a perfect seal with no leakage.

The RH41-F series offers flexible installation options, allowing for vertical or inclined mounting based on specific working conditions. The flanges and bolt holes are processed according to user requirements.
